Incorporated in 1995, formerly traded under the name Tian Siong Electrical & Air-Con Service. The company was first started at Taman Ungku Tun Aminah, Skudai, Johor Bahru, Johor. On March 2005, the company has been upgraded to private limited company, with company name as Tian Siong Enginerring Sdn Bhd (TSE). Presently, the company is based at Taman Putri Wangsa, 5 minute driving distance from Jusco Tebrau.

 

With decades of experience in the field, TSE has evolved into a one-stop electrical appliances store, which is capable in electrical appliances retailing, air-con services and electrical services (wiring, security surveillance & alarm system). This model of service flow is created to fulfill clients’ needs. We are providing a wide range of electrical appliances, and helping clients on installation, settings, and after sale services such as regular maintenance. With one-stop service flow at TSE, we are able to serve wide range of clients, from home user to corporate entity.

 

At TSE, we have 3 main departments: Retail, Air-Con Service, and Electrical Service. These 3 departments are dedicated to provide the best service and solution according to clients’ requirements. The operations at TSE are supported by over 20 experienced staffs, which includes retailing sales, air-con technicians, electrical technicians and administrative staffs. And, there are more than 10 support teams travelling around Johor Bahru, in order to offer efficient onsite services.
