1997 - Began Bodybuilding as a hobby while working in a local SME engineering company.
2007 - Joined the fitness industry as a full-time Personal Trainer.
2007 - Completed Level 1-6 of PT on the net by Fitness First.
2007 - PT Foundation by Fitness First.
2009 - PAD Course by Stephan Fox, Muaythai World Champion and the current General Secretary of IFMA & Vice-President of the WMC.
2010 - TRX Suspension Training by Fraser Quelch, founder of trxtraining.com
2011 - VIPR by MicholDalcourt, founder of Fitpro
2012 - New You Achievement Awards by Fitness First for being the Trainer of the Overall Winner Nicholas Moore, Across the Alanticin 40 days featured on The Straits Times 14 Dec 2012, Boxnumber8 charity for disaster relief.
