LPY Empire Sdn. Bhd. (Co No: 814603-M) was formed in 2008 and has it’s head office is based in Johor Bahru.
 
The company is focussed on the development and construction of quality residential and commercial property, with its pioneer project being located on land held under PTD 19691 HSD 17611 Mukim Senai, Daerah Kulaijaya, Johor.
 
The Managing Director of the company is Mr. Lee Pei Yau who has extensive experience in property negotiations. Mr. Lee Pei Yau is a main driving force behind the early and continued success of LPY Empire and strives to further improve the company’s presence in the property development industry.
 
LPY Empire Sdn. Bhd. is pleased to have Mr. Wong Chee Kin investing in the company. He has extensive experience of over 30 years contributing his architecture talents to established developers in the country building commercial, residential and institutional properties. His investment and contribution for the current project as well as continual support for future projects will bring the company to reach a greater height.
 
LPY Empire Sdn. Bhd. has another very supportive investor, Mr. Daniel Sek Kong Soon. He has a great deal of experience in the Singapore government sector and has been involved with previous construction developments. Mr. Daniel is the founder of Itech Vision Pte Ltd, an information technology company based in Singapore since 1998. Itech is noted for its continued work for government, servicing large maintenance and repair contracts and being a support outsourced partner for HP servicing. Mr. Daniel is investing in the One Senai project due to its attractive potential returns, strategic location and commitment to longer term co-operation with LPY Empire. We look forward to working with Mr. Daniel on both One Senai and other future projects.
 
LPY Empire and its Professional Services Team consists of people with professional expertise and experience in the property development industry. Between them, they have been involved in the planning, design and construction of many major landmark buildings within the area.
